Rick passed away on Oct 4, 2018. Thank you for your prayers and support during this difficult time. We have appreciated everyone's heartfelt concern this past year. We are planning to keep farming to the best of our ability and hope to continue supplying you with the same great produce you've come to love.
About Us
Kurbis Country is our family farm, which we, Rick and Heather, established in 2007. We started by growing vegetables and selling them out of a tent on our yard, but our farm and family has grown considerably since then. Naturally grown vegetables are still the main attraction, but you can also stop by in any season for eggs, meat, and many homemade goods, made mostly from our own produce. As our farm grows, so has our love of the land and what we do here. We have been pleasantly surprised to discover how rewarding it is to provide folks with good healthy food. Both of us come from local farms, and have realized we have been taking our nightly feasts for granted. It is our hope that we can help others who do not have access to their own garden or pasture to feel a little closer to the land and the food it gives us. We are continuing to grow and diversify. If there is anything we can do to better serve you, please let us know. Thank you. Rick and Heather, Reuben, Sierra, Amy and Luke |
